The Pomodoro Technique is a time management system (TMS) based on the Pomodoro Interval, which is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo, a developer and manager who worked for a software company in Rome.
The Pomodoro Interval is a method of improving productivity by using short breaks in between work sessions. Using this technique, the work session is divided into 25-minute intervals and the worker can take short breaks. This allows the worker to take a quick and short break during the work session, without having to stay sitting at the desk for an extended period of time.
